Terms of Service

Panorama is currently in an invite-only beta. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, and features, availability, and content may change or be interrupted without notice while in beta.

You need an account and a valid invitation to use Panorama during the beta. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

You retain ownership of the text, images, and other material you upload to your profile and projects (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you grant Panorama a limited license to host, store, and display it back to you and to the visitors your published profile is shared with, solely to operate the service.

You're responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to share it. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to post, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Don't use Panorama to distribute unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, to harass others, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You can stop using Panorama and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the beta at our discretion, including to enforce these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves, particularly as the beta moves toward general availability. We'll post the updated Terms here with a new “last updated” date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panorama and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service during the beta.
